We’re so excited to celebrate with all of you, and to help make sure everything is prepared with care, we need to give our final headcount to our vendors shortly after that date. Your timely response means the world to us and helps us create the best possible experience for everyone that is attending. Thank you so much for helping us make this day special for everyone we love.
To ensure everything runs smoothly for all our attending guests, we do have a firm RSVP deadline. Once we’ve submitted the final headcount to our vendors, we won’t be able to add or accommodate additional loved ones. But please know that even if you can’t be with us on the wedding day, your love and support matter so much to us. We’d absolutely love to celebrate with you in a more personal way after the wedding.
We completely understand that life gets busy! That said, with all the planning and coordination involved, if we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll have to consider your response as a “no, I won’t be able to attend.” This helps us make sure every attending guest who’s RSVP’d has a seat and a meal waiting for them. We’d love to find another time to celebrate with you after the wedding, and we will very much miss you <3
